CLASSES
In addition to targeting your upper body muscles, this fit camp also incorporates core and cardiovascular exercises.
Combine Fit Camp incorporates a variety of exercises and movements that will have you Training Like An Athlete.
Our full-body fit camps are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, as exercises can be modified or progressed.
Exercises that target your lower extremity muscles, including your glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves.
Definitely the best gym in Milwaukee! There are people of all different fitness levels that come together to support each other and have fun while working out. The community is unmatched! The training is effective and challenging and there are always modifications for anyone that might need them. So happy I found my fitness home.
